321 Chemical Reactor Liner Castings
Product Name: 321 Stainless Steel Chemical Reactor Liner Castings
(High-Temperature Corrosion Resistant Solution)
Product Overview
Precision-cast ZG10Cr18Ni9Ti (321 SS) reactor liners provide superior protection against aggressive chemical environments. The titanium-stabilized austenitic structure delivers exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion and oxidation at sustained temperatures up to 800°C, making it ideal for acid digestion and high-temperature reaction processes.
Material Advantages
1. Enhanced Corrosion Resistance
Ti stabilization prevents carbide precipitation (ASTM A262 Practice E certified)
Acid resistance: ≤0.1mm/year corrosion in 20% H₂SO₄ at 80°C
Oxidation resistance: Forms stable Cr₂O₃ layer at high temperatures
2. Mechanical Performance
High-temperature strength: 120MPa yield strength at 700°C
Thermal cycling resistance: Withstands 3000+ heat cycles (20°C↔750°C)
Structural integrity: Maintains dimensional stability under thermal shock
3. Manufacturing Excellence
Precision casting: ±1.5mm dimensional tolerance for large components
Surface finish: As-cast Ra≤6.3μm, electropolished to Ra≤0.8μm available
Weldability: Compatible with ER321 filler for field repairs
